* IMPACTS...Non-stop heavy snowfall will make human triggered
avalanches very likely.
* PRECAUTIONARY / PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...Over 2 weeks of
relentless snowfall has created very dangerous avalanche
conditions. Avoid ALL avalanche terrain including avalanche
runout zones. Avalanches can be triggered from flat terrain and
