Additional information: Wind gusts of up to 60 kilometres per hour will whip up the snow from the ground and give blowing snow, mainly on roads exposed to the winds. Low visibilities are expected at times. Winds may also produce snowdrifts and local snowfall accumulations.
###
Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
