* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few isolated power outages may
result.

of 7 inches or more possible in the most persistent lake snows.
Winds could gust as high as 45 mph resulting in blowing and

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult with snow covered roads
and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact
Thanksgiving holiday travel. Gusty winds could down tree branches
and cause isolated power outages.
