Maximum wind gusts: east to southeasterly 70 km/h along the east coast.
Time span: Rain and gusty winds will spread eastward across the province early Friday and taper from west to east later in the day or early Friday evening.
Remarks: Rainfall warnings are in effect for southern parts of the province.
