.A new area of snow is developing over southern Minnesota and
northern Iowa this evening. This band of snow will settle south
tonight and will bring additional accumulations up to 2 inches. This
new snow combined with strong northwest winds with gusts over 50 mph
at times, will produce blizzard conditions at times for parts of
northern Iowa. This area of snow will settle to near the Interstate
corridor before dissipating. Hazardous travel will continue as well
within the advisory areas.
