Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Significant ice breakup on area rivers and creeks has been observed over the last few days as a result of an extended stretch of mild temperatures. A final round of moderate to heavy rain and embedded thunderstorms will come to an end during the morning commute hours this Friday. Rainfall between 0.5 and 0.75 of an inch fell overnight in the watch area.
