* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast California, including the following
county, Inyo and Nevada, including the following counties, Clark

* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 505 AM PDT, Local law enforcement reported Highway 160
closed through Pahrump due to flooding. Flooding is already
occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
