* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations 6
to 10 inches for King Cove and False Pass, and up to 3 inches for
Sand Point and Cold Bay. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
Visibility reductions to one-half mile or less.
* WHERE...Southern Alaska Peninsula.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 6 PM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could blow
around unsecured objects.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and gusty winds are expected this
evening through Thursday morning along the Southern Alaska
Peninsula. Highest snow amounts expected near King Cove and False
Pass. Light snow and gusty winds may continue through Thursday
night.
