I-20, with lesser amounts south. Storm total ice accumulations of

* WHERE...Portions of southeast New Mexico and southwest and western
Texas.
* WHEN...From 11 AM MST /noon CST/ Friday to 5 AM MST /6 AM CST/
Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
