Remarks: Rainfall is tapering off across southern Manitoba late this afternoon. A further 5 to 10 mm will be possible over extreme southeastern Manitoba before tapering off this evening as the low pressure system pulls off into northwestern Ontario.

Remarks: Severe northerly winds gusting 90 km/h will develop this morning as an intense low tracks through the southeast corner of the province. Severe gusts will continue into the afternoon before diminishing late day.
