The hazardous conditions will impact holiday travel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest lake effect snow will persist near the lakeshore tonight into Wednesday morning. Another period of heavy lake effect snow will arrive Wednesday afternoon and overnight, impacting the entire area. Snowfall rates may reach 2 inches per hour at times Wednesday evening.

Travel will remain very difficult with hazardous conditions from lake effect snow continuing to impact travel through the week. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow is expected oscillate back north to east of Lake Erie tonight into Wednesday.
