Eastern Washington Cascades Crest and Northwest Blue Mountains.
* WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 7 AM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.

55 mph.
* WHERE...Cloverland Road, Mountain Road, Anatone, and Peola.
* WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 10 AM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. Strong winds
could cause tree damage.
