Special Weather Statement
Occasional snow showers or flurries will continue across southwest
Virginia and northeast Tennessee through mid-morning. A dusting
of snow on area roadways have been reported.
Any accumulations of snow are expected to be light. However...driving
and walking may be difficult on some untreated roadways and
sidewalks. Be prepared for slippery roads especially bridges and
overpasses. If traveling...slow down and allow extra time to
reach your destination. Drive with caution and slow down. Remember
to give yourself room between you and the vehicle ahead of you.
The light snow will continue until around mid-morning then
